Marc Gustafson started riding the roads of Union County, North Carolina as a teenager in the 1980s when carbon fiber was considered and exotic material. After almost 20 years away from competitive riding, in the last year Marc has competed in road, mountain, cyclocross and triathlon races, never finishing higher than second in a Cat 5 crit. In his spare time, Marc is a lawyer with the firm Essex Richards, P.A. in Charlotte, NC. He is also one of the coaches for Team in Training’s cycling team.
